14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides an equivalent right, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. For goods, the period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the order. If an order is delivered in several shipments, the period begins on the day after receipt of the final item.

Returning your order

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days. Contact us before shipping so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

You may inspect a product as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. When possible, include all accessories, instructions, and original packaging.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at {{ email }} with your order number and photographs where helpful. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including:

These exceptions do not limit your rights when a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method selected by you are not refundable unless required by law.

We will issue the refund within 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges and cancellations

To obtain a different product, return the original item under this policy and place a new order after the return is accepted. If you need to cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at {{ email }}. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
