RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Veyora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Do not return an item to an address shown on the original parcel without contacting us first.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

REFUNDS

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
